difficult or disabled? +
i no longer believe i am difficult even if it has been echoed back to me like a slap in the face i realise it's been whispered too loudly by those with no clue they are not the glue in my life if they understood me they would know that i've been begging on my knees for my basic needs they do not speak my language let alone have my genre on their shelf but if they decide I am difficult then I am and I am proud proud to not accept ableism and to not be an easy woman just because of my physical disadvantage i will make impressions during my time on earth and whichever i imprint onto you means i'm doing something right women face war often with other women who do not realise the patriarchy has captured their essence we need to remember we are not rivals we are sisters during a brief moment in time so if like me you are considered difficult demanding dramatic i applaud you for ruffling feathers as they float over us like confetti we see them as a sign of hope my hope is you remember the truth of who you are and believe in her power my personal question is am i difficult or am i disabled?
